Because I saw it happen once and I thought it was cool.  I'm going to 
change it, though.  I don't think I could convey the scene better than I 
did, and I've already gotten a few "blehs" about it.  Being in class is 
unimportant to the scene, and I want that scene to work well.

I think that the class scene was properly dramatic. =)
Although maybe Ranma kept his head during the proposal a little too 
well...

Also, why is Ukyou in class with Nabiki?  She's Ranma's age.  And in 
Japanese schools, the class stays in one place and the teachers 
move....grades don't mix.

Ranma and Akane and Nabiki and Kuno are in the same class in the first 
anime.  It's sunny outside in "The Tendo Family XMas."  I stick to the 
anime instead of reality when it's convenient ^_^
Didn't know that about the teachers moving, though.  Hmmm...Thanks for the 
info.

Wow...teachers move?  That's a really neat way to do things...
