With the skyrocketing number of .sig characters (who started it?)
maybe we should split this ml into
 
1) the reaf fanfic and c&c list
2) spamfic list
3) .sig char list
4) leftovers list (all talks about food go here)

The problem is, people just can't restrain themselves to fanfics and
comments on them, and nor should they.  They chat a lot.  I don't know
if this would solve that problem, but we should approach it nonetheless.
