I *wish* I had time to comment on this.  Very well done so far, considering
I happen to hate Ranma, for the most part.

I'm way too busy to say more, so I hope the following helps:

Fix the run on sentences (sentences with more than two or three predicates
in them, in this case separated by commas), and the grammar.  Fixing the
formatting would help, too.  Other than that, things are happening
*really fast* for a Ranma 1/2 fanfic.  Slow it down just a little. 
Considering I just read the spoiler for the the ending of Ranma 1/2 that
was recently printed in Shonen Sunday in Japan, though, you might consider
setting the story after that.

Keep going.  Make the story worth reading, and not for just old, rehashed
silliness, which Ranma 1/2 usually is.  Try to balance the silliness and
the romance, as you seem to have tipped it a bit heavy on the romance
here.
