  Reality warps as the powerful Spell takes hold of the Whole MegaVerse.
There is No Lady Blue.  There is no Adept War....There is no want, nor no
war.  There is only the Blue Adept Stile, and the rest of the citizens of
the MegaVerse, free to live.

Beneath Thelbane, the glassy needle of Chaos, the serpent stirs.
Someone has been meddling with one of its shadows... and it *wasn't* the
accursed Pattern or its agents.  With a casual flick of its tail, it
reverses the effects of Stile's spell, and then prepares to deal with the
impudent speck...... 

Meanwhile...

Stile has just witnessed his spell reversed when Kergma steps in front of 
him.
'Ya'know, you shouldn't have tried that.  Some people like certain 
shadows just the way they are.'

A burst of octarine fire severs the handcuffs just as Stile is shoved 
backwards.  Moments later, a tiny sun detonates in the space where the Blue 
Adept was.

'You're lucky that the Serpent is in a good mood today'
