	800???  How?  Skyknight is human, so his stats can't go beyond 
20.  Max human physiology only costs about 150 points, his weapons should 
all be multipowered (75 active, maybe 150 for the package, in a hardsuit 
OIF for 100).  Armor, flight, and stat boosts can be put in an elemental 
control setup OIF (I can't see you going over 200 here if you tried).  
Skills costing over 100 would make him a god.
	That's 550, and I'm being generous.  What did I miss?
