Hello all,

Here's my first polishing of Part Two.  I'm not going to add anything "new"
to it, since it's size is already equal in size to part one.  That doesn't
mean, however, that I will not add new stuff to existing sections.

C&C on this is appreciated as usual.  I hope you folks enjoy the read and
don't get too upset with my frequent posting.
