Hmmm.....well, this has the makings of a lemon-in-hiatus, but I think you 
should try to persue it. It has some holes, but it is prettyopen for 
construction right now. A little background on the dragon would be nice. 
If they know about it, being the government, they have 10,000 pages on it 
somewhere;)
But yeah, I think you should work on it, I think it's worth it.
