1>	The "H" comes from the Japanese word Hentai.  The term "H" Manga 
is used to refer to any Manga involving explict sexual activity.

2>	There was some sort of translation done of Futaba-kun Change, but 
it wasn't a full commercial job or very widespread.  I have no idea of 
how you might track it down.
