Futaba-kun Change is a Manga Series.  I don't know how long but at least 
a couple of volumes.

Centers on a high school student named Futaba who discovers that his 
family goes through a different sort of puberty - they gain the ability 
to change sex under certain circumstances, usually not under their 
control. 

Less inhibited than Ranma 1/2 - Futaba has a girlfriend and actually 
thinks of her sexually at times - Futaba's sister likes to seduce people 
(in both her forms) - and Futaba-chan features in a lot of totally or 
partially nude scenes.  And being naturally half-female Futaba finds that 
he has all the usual female problems... and abilities.  A somewhat risque 
story, but definitely not a "H" manga.
