Seems a little bit harsh.  There are stories out there that I've disliked 
more than this one.

Chill out.  The story is a *tragedy*, okay?  That means it's *supposed* to 
be sad!  Really, it would be very boring if every work of fiction had a 
happy ending.

Ah!  A *TRAGEDY*!  

And here was silly me thinking that it was a Parody.  I wondered why the 
story had so few jokes to go with it's overblown prose.

Hmmm...  aren't Tragedies supposed to have an emotional impact of some 
sort?  Besides relief at the story ending.
