Well, using only recurring characters that I've seen...

Mousse + Kunou Kodachi:  Two borderline (or over) insane characters with 
fairly similar styles in Martial Arts and a taste for attacking from 
ambush.  If they can get over their current obsessions they'd find that 
they had just so much in common.

   I think I would be afraid of how the kids would turn out.

Kunou Tatewaki + Tendo Kasumi:  What Kunou-Sempai really wants is a 
beautiful woman to show off to enhance his ego, and Kasumi is the only 
one that might not kill him for his arrogant stupidity, not to mention 
that in behavior Kasumi is probably the closest match to Kunou's true 
desire - beautiful, quiet and obedient.

  Gee, how mean can you get! Inflicting Kunou on such a nice person like 
Kasumi. Hmm, maybe she would show a hidden side of her personality and 
kick his ass if he pestered her like he does Akane and Ranma.

Tofu Ono + Tendo Nabiki:  In the business of life one needs a partner.  
And Tofu-sensei is the only real match for Nabiki in intelligence, plus 
he has a good job and will be an asset as a spouse as Nabiki advances in 
the corporate world.

  I see these two as way to sensible to marry each other.
