It's Ranma's wish actually :)  More or less to the effect of "I wish you 
understood what I have to put up with" addressed to Kunou...
 

The one you didn't see is Samurai of Ghosts and Shadows by David Tai.

That sounds more like a Kunou-ish title, anyway.
