Akane  did the only thing she could do in her  current
emotional state.  She fainted.

     I found the fact that no one seemed to notice this quite strange. I
hope that something can be done about it.

Strange?  No - remember that she had been forced to be Kuno's fiance
(whatever) for a time -

     I would think that she has made at least a couple of friends who would 
have noticed her sudden collapse

how would you feel if you were forced to be the
engaged of Kodachi for a time and then someone 'rescues' you.

Probably rather relived ;)

     Engaged to the Black Rose.... <shudder>. It is a rather disturbing 
thought.  Lets hope that I don't have to find out what it would be like.
