Actually, there's very few on the Net that I can think of....  in fact 
TRNT is the only one I can think of at the moment.

There are lots that have Ranma marrying Akane, and a few "LEMON's" that 
have him sleep around with everyone, though he doesn't usually marry any 
of them.

Thinking on it, there are really very few stories where Ranma marries 
anyone besides Akane.  I can't think of a single story where Ranma ended 
up married to Ukyou or Shampoo - closest you get is the recent "Decision" 
where Ranma proposes to Shampoo.
