Howling - Tooboe
Rising - joushou
(to) Slash - kiritateru
Ascension - shoten
Rush/Charge - tokkan
Strike (to the body/pressure point) - Atemi


To get the slash/strike you can tack on the typical technique endings
like:
-ken - punch
-satsu - kill
-ha - defeat
-dan - shot (missile attack)
-sho - palm
-sei - strength

Wolf Claw Strike  -> Ookami no Tsume Atemi
Howling Wolf Ascension Defeat -> Tooboe Ookami Shouten-ha
Howling Wolf Charge -> Tooboe ookami tokkan
Rising Wolf Claw  -> Joushou Ookami no Tsume
