Hmm... well, a goddess would easily "unmake" him. I mean... they are 
goddesses... ^_^ 

As for tech... Well, Washuu-chan with her beyond matter tech could easily 
entrap Superman and make him a personal slave, mindless blob, etc. Though 
I think she considers Tenchi much more powerful with his lighthawk wings 
which I believe can cleave Superman's head off rather easily. ^_^
