A cloaked figure looks down the hallway and waits for the troopers 
to move farther down the hall.  It sneaks over to the terminal and types 
in the overriding password.  It takes out a disk from it's sleeve and 
puts it into the port.  After a few seconds, the computer screen flashes 
"Download complete."  The figure smiles as it places the file back into 
its sleeve.
	"HALT!"  The figure jumps and flees down the hall.  The troopers 
run after the carrier, who turns the corner.  The computer sends the recording 
to the ML.

Figure(in an obvious female voice): You don't know me.  I'm a character 
	who is slated to appear during Rising Star.  You can call me Rumiko.
	ZAV, in a military coup, have overthrown our creator and imprisoned 
	him inside of the Inbox.  Anyone who doesn't join them is imprisoned.
	This is the file on the Rising Star characters known as the 
	Anything-Goes Martial Band.  They are good people, but the power

	The Anything-Goes Martial Band

The objectives of the Band are unknown.  Their fights occur away from the 
public as much as possible, especially away for the School of 
Anything-Goes Martial Arts.  They seem to need to have the Schools think 
that they are not part of them.  The members are Scorpio Zodiak, Virgo 
Celestra, and Allegra Octavia.  Rumors suggest that there was a fourth 
member, but she was expelled from the Band for breaking her word of honor.

Name: Scorpio Zodiak

Description: Wears his shoulder-length hair in a ponytail.  Dresses in a 
	business like grey suit with a white dress shirt and black tie.  Also 
	wears a grey fedora and a tan trenchcoat.
Notes: Zodiak is the leader of the Band, inheriting the burden from his 
	father.  Married young and had triplet daughters.  Trained to be a 
	fighter and a leader, his aggressive nature was forever subdued by the 
	violent deaths of his wife and one of his daughters by a man named 
	Yar.  Withdrawn into himself, he left the care of his two remaining 
	daughters in the hands of his wife's family after expressing that he 
	was unfit to care for them properly.  Currently an administrator at 
	Furinkan High School.

Weapons: Tech Blade - a segmented blade that is stored in her right gauntlet.
	 Tech Shield - paneled shield in her left gauntlet(defensive).
	 Ki Prism - missle weapon and Ki focusing tool.
	 Misc. armament - rumor has it she has more armament than Japan's 
		Self-Defense Force.
Description: Wears her hip length hair in a braid and has the rest of her hair 
	in punkish chaos(better term for it unknown).  Almost always in a 
	purple hardsuit with green stripes with matching helmet. Rumor says 
	she probably sleeps in it.
Notes: Allegra is the youngest of her sisters.  Eight years ago, she 
	watched as her mother and sister were killed.  Tramatized, she hid 
	inside of an old suit of European armor until her father found her.  
	Since then, she has always worn armor of one type or another.  Her 
	final armor is the BGC inspired hardsuit.  Even at an early age, her 
	facination with machines made her a natural with technology.  Her 
	"shoot first, ask questions later" attitude enabled an unknown assailant
	to strike her with a blow that shattered her faceplate and scarred her 
	face.  With humility came her anger, at herself and the world that 
	abandoned her.  Her anger died some when she met Tsubasa Kurenei.

Weapons: Armband Claws - strips on her armbands slide forward and lock 
		into place, giving her foot-long metal claws.
	 Ring Shurikens - she throws them, obviously.
	 Bracelet Whips - uses them to entangle her opponents.
	 Hairband - not sure but she throws it like a boomerang.
Description: Her long hair is usually in a pony tail in the fashion 
	of Kasumi.  Wears a wide variety of clothes.  Normal garments are 
	T-shirts and jeans, but has been known to wear full dresses(No, she 
	doesn't fight in those).
Note: Virgo seems to have no memory of her life before ten years ago.  All she 
	remembers is her training.  Music is her life and she dreams of being 
	famous one day.  An excellent fighter, she has much pride in her skills.
	She adores her adopted family(even if she has to pay rent to Nabiki) 
	and will do anything to keep them from harm.  Not too much is 
	known about her, but that should unfold as time passes.

Description: to mock her brother, Jody dresses similar to Scorpio.  Her 
	mid-back length hair is allowed to flow around her undisturbed except 
	where the fedora keeps it pinned.
Notes: It is suspected that Jody and her brother had a falling out 3 
	years ago for an unknown reason and was thrown out of the Band until 
	she "learned the meaning of honor and family."  She changed the last 
	letter of their family name to "c" to futher annoy him.  Her skills 
	are unknown.  She has faced off against the Band in the past to wrest 
	control of it from her brother.  Her obsession with power has 
	made many suspect her of being mentally unstable.
