This takes place after the Sentinels, during the mop-up operations after 
the Regent was killed and Edwards defeated.  Carpenter and Wolff have 
been sent to Earth (obviously) but they are still building Mars Division 
(so this takes place before Invid Invasion, but the Invids have already 
invaded Earth)
