I don't know where it was originally from, but I've heard it on Dr. Demento
occasionally.

It was by the Frantics (Canadian, I Think) it was the number one 1 on Dr. D
around, er, 90? I think.  They also did a sequel called, "Last Will and
Temperment".   It was about a will reading and the dead dude's money
grubing, annoying relatives.

I remember that one, too, though I'd always assumed that the will skit came
before the martial arts one.  Shows how much I know. :-)
