I don't know where it was originally from, but I've heard it on Dr. Demento
occasionally.

It was by the Frantics (Canadian, I Think) it was the number one 1 on Dr. D
around, er, 90? I think.  They also did a sequel called, "Last Will and
Temperment".   It was about a will reading and the dead dude's money
grubing, annoying relatives.  

Lawyer: "...and to Mrs. Mulroy, who took care of me for all these many, many
years..."

Mrs.Mulroy: "Oh, I dun't want nuthin'...."
L: "I leave a boot the head."  *SMACK*  "And one for Gennie and the Wimp."
*WHOMP* "Ohh!"
*WHACK* "Erck!"

L:"To my cat, Mittens, I leave my entire, vast....boot-to-the-head."
*THWAP*
Mittens: "MEEEWWOOORRRROWWWWWWOOOORRROOOOOWWWWWWW!"
