Put in Tenchi.  That way Washu (and others) can drop around, no other 
Tenchi cast members are likely to visit Washuu. :-)

I'm also mulling that Tuxedo mask guy... anybody send me info on his name,
manner, appearance, and powers?  

Mamoru-san (and appropriate nicknames from Usagi).  He's a fairly normal 
college student most of the time, but transforms into Tuxedo Kamen when 
the Sailor Senshi, in particular, Sailor Moon activate their powers.

Mamoru is a tall handsome (of course) guy.  Between 19-22 years old.  
He's fairly serious most of the time and often gets impatient with 
various members of the Sailor Senshi.  He does well at every activity 
he's been shown trying and is popular with girls, but tends to be 
friendly rather than flirt with them.  As for intelligence... he likes 
talking to Sailor Mercury for serious conversation. :-)

In the first series the Tuxedo Kamen transformation was not under Mamoru's 
control, later on... it's not terribly clear, I don't ever remember 
seeing him unless Sailor Moon was around, but he does improve. Towards 
the end of SM-S he uses some of his powers without transforming.

During the day Mamoru is likely to run around doing college student type 
stuff - the Sailor Senshi normally only fight evil after school and on 
weekends so Tuxedo Kamen isn't usually required when he would have 
trouble explaining his absence.

Mamoru does like Usagi, even if he finds her clumsy and a bit of an 
airhead - he's known to do things like cancel dates with Usagi when Usagi 
mentions she's having trouble with her studies.  He often gets 
embarrassed when Usagi gets carried away with something or creates yet 
another mess - but he always turns up when Usagi (or Sailor Moon) really 
needs him.  And it has been clearly shown that Sailor Moon would die 
before letting him be seriously hurt (One of the reasons Mamoru often 
urges Usagi to get better at what she does).
