It was in that smegging BINHEX format that only macs seem to be able to
decode. :p So, most people can't read it, I'd assume...
Not true. There is a 'BINHEX' program to will decode it for DOS, and
Pegasus and Eudora for Windows have a BINHEX decoder built in, and there
is a program called xbin for Unix systems that will encode/decode
BINHEX. All of them are freely available all over the net. Use archie
to find.
I don't have a Mac and I got it fine. Tho I do use Eudora for Windows.
That must have been the difference. The file came in and went to the
designated directory. Word 6 opened it without having to do any conversions.
