Well, it's 'Souun' not 'Sounn'... But most people just use 'Soun'

I say if it's a character with the kana of a lengthened 'o' ('o' small 'tsu')
then you should use 'ou' ... So, Souun, Tendou, Ryouga, Happousai, Kunou,
Ukyou, etc
