Unless the scale was from 1 to 5 (which is what I heavily suspected).  At
first, I thought the three for the inspector was rather low as well, but
when I read the other scores, I figured that the scores was actually out 5,
not 10.

Really?  Why is Ayuki an eight then?

Hmmmm...good point.  If that 8 is indeed the case then you're right.  All of 
the scores should be adjusted accordingly.  If not, then it should be fixed 
since this is a beta after all... ^_^
