I totally disagree with your ratings.  First, who is a ten?  Cologne?  
Ok, then make Ayuki a nine.  Then Ranma an eight.  Ryoga can be a seven. 
Keiko, seven or eight, I dunno how good you want her to be.  (I'd go for 
seven.) Midori can be a six.  Ukyou... five, Akane... four, Soun...  four 
maybe three,  Kodachi is damn good, maybe a six.  Tatewaki, a three.  
(he's not THAT bad.)  Oh!  And the Inspector, at least a five.  

Please remember!  This is just how *I* would rate them.  Also, among the 
unrated yet, Happosai... ten, (He is GOOD!), Genma... eight,  (Also damn 
good), Shampoo... six, Mousse, six.

There is a reason why I would move them way up the scale.  You don't want 
the other martial artists in the country to be better than they are.  
They are supposed to be the best in the country.  Shampoo is the BEST of 
the Amazons, and Ranma can destroy her with ease, and you only give him a 
five?
