She's not.  Call it chaos.  

I don't feel bad diverging this important secret because I decided to end 
the series soon, instead of turning the series into a Tenchi Muyo (with 
47 girls after Ranma...)  So Ukyou's character is superfluous.  I might not 
finish up this version of chapter 6...my bad.

BTW, I just found out that manga #17 also has Nabiki getting engaged to 
Ranma...although it treats it differently than I do it's kind of 
interesting to compare.  

While I'm at it, can anybody tell me where to find a home-page maker 
program?  Thanks.
