If the BGC fanfic contest were held, I think Knights End (or the entire 
Tokyo Babylon/KE/BGChaos story arc [if completed in time] would win).  Mark 
Latus' extension and continuation of the BGC story is very well written.  

I'd also nominate Eye of the Storm (S. Hagen), and Machina non Grata (C. 
Lewis). I like S. Hagen's other 2 BGC fics: BGC Anima and Flash Powder 
(follows Reika, conglomerate wars; and Dance of Armor (Innpchan) and Dr. 
Wu (B. & J. Khoo) are well-written short fics focusing on Linna.

For the addicted, there's BGTrek & BGTrek-DS9 (F.Byon). For the addicted 
and melodramatic, try Angel of Darkness/Light (J. Hosmer), BGC Crusade 
(G. Hough), and Tokyo Epoch (Carmen Spray) (in increasing orders of 
melodrama).
