I was robbed once while in Russia, and I was left without a red cent.

A friend of mine went to a Mediterranean country on his holiday, and it
turned out to be the hottest season anyone could remember.  Afterwards, he
always referred to it as "The time he'd been frying in Greece."

For years I thought Germans had really large families, because whenever I
asked if they had children, everyone replied "Nein".

Grapes don't say much under pressure; they just let out a little wine.
