Well, based on that picture, it isn't purple.  However, it's not light blue,
it's more of a dark navy blue, and it wouldn't take much spectrum alteration
to see it as purple...hence we have our debate.

Well, my favorite color is purple, so I like to see her hair color as 
purple. Oh, well, to each his own, I guess. Also remember, people can see 
colors differently, depending on their eyesight.
