   Call 1-800-427-6100 -- It gets you to the same place as if you had 
called their regular phone number.  That's my experience, at least.  
Taku, the e-mail guy, is pretty good about fielding Q&As, and he seems to 
know what's going on.  Last time, I asked the other lady for Ranma 1/2 
manga, and for 15 minutes, she couldn't figure out what a "manga" was, 
saying, "You mean Viz, don't you?"
