I *dont* have the time to make one, but I can make a suggestion or two for a
FAQ - 

1 - post it monthly to the list and to r.a.info (maybe on the second one
there)
2 - give instructions to (un)subscribe
3 - explain the remailer (also put the FAQ on the remailer)
4 - list the big ftp sites for stories
5 - explain our heart felt feelings about spam  :)
6 - general blah,blah,blah, about netiquette
