Part one, Friendly Seperation


	"Ranma give me that stone!"  Ranma turns to se the foot of his
old friend Ryoga flying in his direction.  He side steps the
attack and give Ryoga a big cheesy grin, as Ryoga scatters the
concrete beneath him.

	Ryoga, never the one to give up easily, recovers his balance
and kick again at Ranma.  This time Ranma grabs the out
stretched leg and sends Ryoga screaming into the near by cannel.
 Ryoga cringes as the cold water of the cannel reaches up to
great him.

	"Listen Ryoga, come tomorrow I'm going to be a real man again,
and there nothing that you can do to stop that!"  As he slowly
drifts down steam Ryoga realize that this is true, knowing that
not even divine intervention could help him find the Tendo Dojo
before tomorrow. "So with my manhood being an established fact,"
Ranma called out to struggling P-chan, "I'd like to ask you a
little favor.  I know there has been a lot of bad blood between
us, but I am going to make up for all that know.  You see Ryoga,
when the chips were down I know I cloud count on you and we've
know each other for ever. So , would you be my..."



[Dinner Time at the Tendo Dojo]



	The Tendos and Ranma and his dad have all just sat down for
dinner.  Kasumi severs everyone there food, but Genma start in
on it before everyone is served.  Kasumi then notices that Ranma
is not eating anything and look worried about something.  "This
something wrong Ranma-kun?"

	Ranma fidgets a little. "Well .. ugh ..t heres kinda something
.. uh .. something I gotta say..."  Genma interrupts "Well that
is it BOY?  What so important that you have to interrupts
dinner?"

	Ranma, still fidgeting, say" Well .. ah ... first ... damn this
is harder than I thought it was going to be .. well the true is.
 ..Akane! Iloveyou! Wouldyou..um..marry me?"  Everyone at the
table falls to the floor, flabbergasted at Ranma's sudden
statement.

	The family return to a seated position and all eyes turn to
Akane.  She appears almost in shock from Ranma question,
reminding Ranma of the day she got her hair cut during his fight
with Ryoga.  After several mind numbingly long seconds, Akane
start to mumbles, "um .. why Ranma I love you to!  Of course
I'll marry you!"

	Soun, soundenly produces a pair of fans and a deluge of tears
and begin to dance around the dinning room.  "Oh happy day
Saotome, at last our children have scene the light that we have
so ling fought to show them!"

	"Yes Tendo. after all these years of plotting and manipulation
the boy final had the never to do it!" said Genma, now dancing
with his old friend.  "Kasumi, fetch the sake!  Tonight will be
a night of celebration!"

	"Yo, wait to till I tell everybody!" Exclaimed Nabiki, running
to the telephone, quickly trying to desised you to call first
and you she can make some money of this happy turn of events.

	The scene fads, as we see Ranma and Akane pressing there hands
together tightly starring deeply into each other eyes, for the
first time sure of there love for one an other.  Finally Ranma
has achieved all his goals: become the world greatest martial
artiest, find the cure to his cures, and soon he will marry his
beloved Akane.  He forget that there are those that will not be
at all happy about the situation.  Before the night is out the
Kuno's, Shampoo, and Ukyou will know of the pinding nuptials. 
He forgets about the little black pig who will arrive in the
middle of the night to steal his cure and stop his marriage, and
he don't even image the horrible newcomer you will try and
destroy his love for Akane.



[Later that night, outside the Tendo Dojo]



	"That bastard Ranma!  First he has to go and find a cure, then
he has to through me in the cannel, and then he has the never to
ask me to be the best man at his and AKANE'S wedding.  Ranma,
once and for all I will put an end to your evil ways.  I will
take your cure and become a real man myself!  And then, I will
have Akane all to myself! He, He, He, He, He, HE ..."  Ryoga,
wrapped up in thought of vengeance and Akane fails to notice the
passing car as it sprays his with water from a near be puddle.
"squeal, oink, oink, squeal ..."

	All though jumping the wall to the Tendo compound is impossible
for most humans it is no problem for the revenge fueled P-chan. 
He runs across the yard and see that Akane's window is open.
"What luck" he thinks jumping to the second floor of the Tendo
house, through the window of his love.  "Ah, look at you Akane. 
So cute and innocent, soon I will rid you of the nightmare of
Ranma Saotome, and you and I can sleep the sleep of the
righteous together in married bliss!"  Of course this would have
sounded much more impressive if Ryoga had been a man at the time.

	"Who's making that noise?"  Akane sired from her light, but
happy sleep.  "Oh, its you P-chan! Come here baby."  Akane lift
P-chan up above her head and smiles at her favorite pet.  "Ranma
finally did it P-chan.  He finally proposed to me, and I said
yes!  We're going to get married at the end of the school year. 
Isn't wonderful?  Ranma's be soon nice lately, but I never
suspected anything like this so soon.  We even asked Ryoga to be
his best man, isn't that great?"

	P-chan give out at little groan and beings to squirm at little.
 Akane bringing him down to her chest and drift back into sleep.
 "Damn, my would has come to an end.  My hart may as well burst,
that damn Ranma has taken everything from me, my childhood, my
body, my pride, and my love, but I will not let him have my cure
too!"  P-chan gently struggles loose of Akane arms and flies out
the room into the hall.  He charges his way to the Saotome's
room and stops out the door letting out an angry grunt.  He
walks in only seeing Ranma's form not knowing that Soun and
Genma had passed out down stairs from to much Sake.  He move to
get a better look at Ranma's neck and to the mysterious stone
that the stranger had said would cure Ranma's curse, only to
find that it was not there.  "But didn't the stranger say that
it had to be worn over night for it to work?" P-chan thought. 
Suddenly he found himself being picked up by a pair of soft
feminine hands.  Thinking that it was Akane come to find him he
did not struggle as the hand turned him around.  P-chan let out
a sudden squeal of panic as he realized that the person who had
just pick him up was Ranma-chan.  "How could this be," he
thought, "I can still here Ranma snoring behind me."

	"Damn-it P-chan.  I knew you would come back to make trouble
for Ranma and me. Well I'm not going to let you interfere this
time Ryoga, your going on a little trip ..."  Ranma-chan walks
to the window, opens it with one hand and dragon punches Ryoga
out the window. "... to the moon P-chan."

	Ranma-kun sifts in his sleep, almost as if in reaction to what
just happened.  "Don't worry my love.  Now that the curse has
ended he can be together for the rest of our life."

aruthots note: hello, this is might first fanfic and althougth 
I know that it sucks badly I thought that I would post it anyway.
If you liked it email me, if you did not like please tell me how much
is sucked so I can try and make it better.  My desition to post more
part of this story will be based on the resonse that I get.

BTW, yes there are now a male and a female Ranma and the story behind
the stone will be revialed in the second part.  Thanks for reading.
