If somebody could enlighten me on some questions I have I'd appreciate

I might be able to help.

1) Is the ftp@ranma.net site intended for works in progress, for works 
completed, or for anything we feel like?  

Both WIPs, and completed works.  WW has said that he can easily update
the fanfics, once they're initially put up.

2) I've tried to get into #ranma! and #anime! a few times, and there's 
always nobody on the channel (so my trying to join creates it).  Are 
there regional irc servers?  The UCDavis login says there are 11 sites 
hooked up but I don't know what that means really (I'm an IRC idiot) 
^_^.  Maybe just nobody was on the channel...if it is a regional thing 
are there ways to join to another region's irc?  

I don't know what kind of irc client you're using, so I don't know the
format of the command for yours.  Mine would be:

/server irc.eskimo.com

or something like that.

3) What are the fanfic WWW pages?  I guess there are WW's Ranmafic site
and somebody else's everythingfic site.

4) What's up with Foxx?  Why is this guy threathening to mail hundreds of 
unsuscribes?  Thankfully Davis has a high soft HD quota, but I don't wanna 
hafta press D a few hundred times...bleh...

Someone posted his real name to the ranma ML, and now he thinks it's not
friendly to stick around on the ML's any more.  As if it wasn't before;
we invited him back on, assuming he would stop spamming, so he tosses
insults instead.  But he's complaining 'cause he can't unsubscribe, when
he sends his unsub request to the ML instead of fanfic-request@andrew.cais.com.

5) Why can't I think of a fanfic idea for KOR or Sailor Moon or OMG! or 
any anime except Ranma?  

I don't know.  I can't think of any except for SciFi + something originals.
(horror [kinda], and romance)  I haven't seen any of the above; I have
enough addictions as it is.  :(  (I'm a poor college student!)
