Read it backwards, sentence by sentence or paragraph by paragraph.  I've 
found that that usually helps me catch spelling and grammar errors.  
Reading it from beginning to end, I usually get caught up in the story 
and read it the way it's supposed to be instead of what it actually says.

I can't remember who it is, but there's a manga writer who does this.  For
the same reason too.
