I don't do IRC very much, so forgive newbie type questions:
I tried to join channel #anime! a few days ago.  It said something like 
"the channel is invite only".  Does that mean you have to be on a list of 
people allowed to go in, or that a person in the channel has to mail 
you the invite, or what?  Is their a seperate channel where you ask to be 
invited, or am I just confused?
