3)  What have the police been doing all this time?  There has been a

murder, the perpetrator was ID'd by a crowd of people, and she's stayed
in one spot for the past few days.  I'd think Shampoo would be in jail by
now.

 
Um....  That's a good point.

	I've said this laready, I thinl, but I'kk say it again. 
Putting the police in Ranma would completly ruin it. Are Shampoo,
Cologne and Mousse in Japan legaly? Why isn't anybody put in
jail for the damage they make on public property? How on earth
does the tendo (and now Saotome) pay their heating/repairing bills?
	That's rl, and one thing that I love about Ranma is
that it ignores most of the rules that we have to go by.
