Well, it depends on the story, which I haven't read yet.  If

Ranma knows Shampoo pretty well, like in the manga and anime, then no, he
wouldn't kill her, and in the first place, she wouldn't kill Akane.
	It's the same world as the anime/manga. Shampoo would kill
Akane given the chance, IME(Extremly)SO. And I need her to do
it for plot reasons.

       Now if he does't know her, then its up to the author.  Will Ranma

kill a *female* even if that *female* killed Akane?
	There's that really handy reaction he has to cold water
which he usually hates that would help him in this case.
