Justifiable Homocide?  After a couple of weeks?  No.  I could see that if 
he had killed Shampoo on the scene. If Akane was still breathing when he 
killed Shampoo most definately, but not after two weeks.  Too much 
pre-meditation.

Then how about  pleading insanity?  That'd fit..
