Ranma vs MMPR

This exists?  I must read it!  I've never seen it at std.com, ranma.net, 
or r.a.a.s.  Where can I find a copy(or, since I'm terribly lazy and 
unmotivated, could you save me the effort and mail it to me?)?

Yes it exist's . It came into being In order to kill a bad thread on The 
Ranma ML , and I foolishly posted it there . Later on I posted it here . 
It should be in the archives of either list .
