Hi Folks!

I figured I'd borrow AlberCrombie's format...it'll help keep me organized.
Heh...I've also added a few comments...

I'll add that some of this may seem familiar, for those of you who've read
my fanfics.

   AGE : 24, almost 25

(DAMN! I'm surrounded by PUNKS!)

Pipe down, punk. I'm older and wiser. ;) (just kidding, really!)

   Born : December, 1970
   Height : 6'3"
   Weight : 220 lbs
   Eyes : Greenish-brown
Hair : Red, alternates between long enough to be irritating to my mother,
and
          short.
Nickname : Never had one; I *do* answer to 'SkyKnight' now, however.
Nationality: Canadian. I was born here, my parents were born here,
hence I'm Canadian. (And I don't care what Statistics
Canada puts on their census forms. I'm Canadian, not "other")
Education: B.Sc in Honors Chemical Engineering, University of Waterloo,
               Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Current Job Status: I'm currently a Jr. Project Engineer at Astra Pharma
Inc., Missisauga, Ontario, Canada. It's kind of a catch-all type
job, so don't ask for specifics on what I do, please.

  Hobbies
-Re-learning to cook so that all my meals aren't either canned,
instant, microwaveable, or ready in five minutes after adding
boiling water.
-Absolute Bubblegum Crisis Nut; I dream about ideas for it all day...
-Writing massive Bubblegum Crisis fanfics. I haven't yet hit
Gryphon and Zoner's level of size, but I'm getting there. (I'm
also getting a huge kick out of doing it.) :)
-Extreme greenhorn at computer graphics/rendering/animation. (Using
Caligari trueSpace and Real3D...intend to do more than just as a hobby,
         eventually.)
-Hopeless 'Conquer the Galaxy' style videogame addict. (Any other
'Master of Orion' junkies out there?) :)
        -Computer roleplaying games...specifically the first-person action/adv.
kind. (Can't wait for Daggerfall!) 8)
-Roleplaying games, although, sadly, most of my friends have gotten off
of AD&D, and none of them like Champions. :(
-I did collect Magic-The Gathering cards for a while, but I got sick
of trying to keep up with the 'Arms Race', and haven't played for a
long time now.
-Comics collecting to a small degree. All time fave was 'Prototype'
published by Malibu, but they canned it. Damn. :(
I did collect Iron Man for a while, but then they changed the
armour design to one I hate, and changed Stark's character even
more. :P
-Manga collecting, just started. Currently trying to scrounge up the
complete set of "Ghost in the SHell".
-Ancient/Medieval History, with the emphasis being on arms and armour of
         the ages.
        -Archery. (Traditional Barebow style)
        -Hiking.
        -Wannabe SCA member.
-Blacksmithing. (Yes, with a forge, fire, hammer, and anvil.) :)

    * PUNS!!!!!!  (hehehehehehhe!!!!!)

        - Ditto! (AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! :> )

Favorite Movies:
Star Wars; The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly; Fistful of Dollars; For
a Few Dollars More; The Quick and THe Dead; Terminator 1 & 2; Commando (for
the corny lines...); Predator 1 & 2; All the Indianna Jones Flicks; All the
'Dirty Harry' movies; The Perfect Weapon; some of the Bruce Lee ones (can't
think of the names offhand..); SOme of the Chuck Norris ones (FireWalker and
Lone Wolf McQuade spring immediately to mind...)

I Think I'll stop that list now....sorry.

Favorite TV :
Dr. Who (which we can't get up here anymore)
   Old Star Trek reruns
Mission Impossible, the brief remake they did of it.
   THe Outer Limits
   The Royal Canadian Air Farce
   The Learning channel..any historical documentary
   Any National Geographic show.
Benny Hill...can't get that either, anymore. *waaaaaaaah!* :(

Favorite Anime:
BubbleGum Crisis...Crash was okay, but Crisis is still better.
   Lodoss Wars
All-purpose CUltural Cat Girl Nuku-Nuku (Or whatever the title is...)
   Ah! My Goddess
   Black Magic M-66
   Dirty Pair

Goals :

Right now I really can't say; I've rediscovered my interest in
computers, and am working at self-educating myself in some ways to lean more
towards a computer oriented career. I'd love to get into animation & Graphics,
but there's a thing missing to get into some of the local programs called
'an art degree'...

	To visit Japan

Also one of mine...after I've learned some Japanese! :)

Win the damn lottery (I keep meaning to buy that bloody ticket)

Take a number, and get in line on that one! :)

Make it to Katsucon 2 in March (I can't make it AnimeExpo!)

Ditto.

After six years in college and deciding that I do not enjoy my major one
<SNIP>
like what you are studying when it's really too late to quit. ICK!

I'll have to say listen to this guy; he just paraphrased what it took me
five-and-a-half years of university to discover. My marks weren't high
enough to get into what I really wanted at the time, computers, and Chemical
Engineering wasn't nearly chemically-oriented enough for my liking.

By the time I realized this, I was already committed to finishing the
program, both financially and in terms of educational credits. (Unless you
LIKE starting over again...)

The net result is I'm in a semi-engineering job with no idea of where I
want to go; I'm content right now (having a paycheck does that for you), but
I'm not spending more than a couple of years in the Pharmaceutical industry.
I want to do more; I've got plenty of hopes and dreams, and I just hope I
can find the intestinal fortitude to follow through on some of them...

Short Personal Blurb: I'm the typical 'nice guy', wear glasses, am almost
painfully shy at times, and don't make friends easily. From years of habit
forced on me by school, I'm still pretty much a loner.

Anyhow, that's enough about me. This may or may not give you ideas on what
drives me to write now. Feel free to write me about anything; I'm almost
always checking my mail.

Sayonara!
