        I have a question.  Why?

        What I mean is why do you write fan-fictions?  i can't be
for the money now, can it?

Why do writers write?

Some write for the money, some for the fame.
Some, because it's what they enjoy doing.

Well, it can't be either of the first two reasons here.  So it's very
likely the third.  (unless, of course, you're just showing off to the
rest of us, but I doubt it)
