It has to have a point,(unlike UY) no magic, (unlike Ranma/AMG!) but not 
*too* serious.

Anyway, not too silly either.  As I said, it has to have a point to the
comedy.  UY and Irresponsible Captain Tylor don't.  MI does.  For example.
