Wavelength indicates the size of the wave of the energy type being used.  
If the wave is 3mm in length, the size from peek to peek is 3mm.

Frequency stands for the frequency of the wave in terms of Hertz strength.

Quantum Energy is the hitting power of the wave.  The higher the energy, 
the more power it has.
