Sorry that's Amplitude.
Wavelength = the distance from a point on the wave to the *same* point
             on the *next* wave.

Frequency = The number of waves (cycles) passing a given point in a
            standard unit of time (usually a second).

And shouldn't that be HURTZ <vbg> in this context ??? :-)
