        The reason why there are so many Ranma Fan-fics on this list is
because Ranma Fan-fics are the easiest to write. It's one of the closet
Animes to reality.

	Close to reality?  Perhaps Maison Ikoku.  But the real reason is 
because Ranma hits a stability point.  Nothing new ever really happens.  
And characters never really change.
