I'm still reading it right now...but I'd say you have the right 'feel' for
the cyberpunk genre.  Your descriptions are good...gave me a few ideas,
actually.

Your universe is a little darker than my version...but then again, given the
way I've been leaning lately, mines darkening just a bit...
