This is a very good point.  Hmm.  On the one hand, the invincible Ranma
has failed to protect himself (realism); yet we have a supercharged Akane
(anime/ki superpowers).  The two subplots do not seem to fit together. 

	I have to disagree.  Can you imagine someone that strong?  Now, 
place him in the realistic world and come up with a number of people to 
fight him.  I'm talking normal people here.  Now, if Ranma was 
incapacitated, let's say shot in the leg or something like that, then I'd 
say you got a chance at beating him.
