Ok - my feelings on your story - I think I have thought this through enough
to not sink myself in the process...

When I read the story, and I was very upset. I don't like stuff that is
anti-male on such a scale. It scares the hell out of me! I feel that I'm
scheduled to be the next on history's hit list to be a bad guy. Now, I'm
the first person to admit that us males are scum of the universe with
respect to a lot of things - hell I'm not perfect, but who is? When I read
the story, I kept thinking "I'm gonna go crawl under a rock now."

Maybe it's an ego thing, but I guess I get upset that I can't go explain I'm
not the one that who did anything wrong - why take it out on me?

Part of the resentment comes from being in an Engineering School where, for
a time, a big discussion circled around the fact that white males weren't
getting jobs because of reverse discrimination. I don't get it! what's
wrong with hiring people based upon their qualifications? - Well that's a
question for another place and time, so I'll drop it.

I will say that after thinking about Stories of the Sisterhood, I'd like to
think that it was written from the stand point 'the main character needs to
be warned about the problems in the world', not 'this is a story to say all
men are scum'. I have heard of this Sisterhood, and the things they did - I
have no problems with what I have heard - they were defending women's honor.

Unfortunatly, this world has a lot of problems, and I think most of them
stem from the fact that most people have somebody they don't like for no
good reason. I admit, I have my biases against some people, but I like to
think that I have a reason for my dislikes.

I've said my piece, and I don't know if I covered everything here, but I
hope I did. (I'm blind to my own speeches) I've probably pissed somebody
off here, so talk to me and I'll see if I can fix it.

Hitomi, I hope I didn't offend you too much, if at all.
