Well, the best explaination I've heard is 'Military Utility Genetic Higher
Intelegence' although this is from fanfic (I totally forget which one,
like duh? [ditz mode off])

I like him, although in flash I hear he turns into a cat (an ordinary cat
that is)

Oh well, one day I'll actually find some DP to watch, I'm to poor to rent
