O.K. So what is a Chocolate Bickys?

               Chocolate Bickys (sp?) was something I guess akin to
oreos on a show called Count Duckula...

Silly people! ^_-
Biccies is short for biscuits (spelling optional)
In Australia (and the UK I think) cookies are actually biscuits unless
they're really, really large (or chocolate chip).
